BETHANY LAFLAM
Bethany LaFlam is an entrepreneur, a seasoned deal lawyer, a mother, and a visionary. With more than 20 years of experience practicing law, Bethany has leveraged that expertise into her business life. While her current role as Managing Partner of Premier Law Group focuses primarily on real estate syndications and funds, Bethany began her career in Big Law at the prestigious downtown Los Angeles law firm Quinn Emanuel. Pursuing her dream of running her own business, she later launched a boutique business law firm in Newport Beach, California, advising clients on both legal and strategic matters, and representing businesses on startups, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Bethany grew up in Northeastern Ohio in a working-class family. Putting herself through Bowling Green State University for undergraduate and then Pepperdine University Law School, Bethany applied that Midwestern work ethic to earn her way to becoming an advocate for other women and underserved communities. Being a role model to her daughter, though, is the driving force behind everything Bethany pursues. Satisfying her desire to serve, Bethany has also been an advisor to and held leadership and board roles with multiple non-profit corporations, including as a Founding Board Member of Team Kids, Inc. One of her greatest memories was as a group facilitator for the Living Peace Series where Bethany was able to see the Dalai Lama. At that talk, he said it was Western Women who would change the world and he spoke of the incredible impact of a mother’s love.
Susan’s deep dive into psychological training and seeking out collaboration with experts in human potential has enabled her to create sustainable change through the Possibility Thinking Models. These models paved the way for her to create a technology based on the premise that our thinking dictates our experience and the ability to find clarity in our direction.
In 2013, Susan founded the Institute of Possibility Thinking, meeting the goal of teaching wealth consciousness, and enabling individuals to achieve satisfaction by adjusting their beliefs and thought patterns. Successfully developing proprietary tools and programs that get to the root cause of what is keeping high achievers from meeting their goals and living in a state of joy. Susan’s network of experts offers a holistic approach to cultivating a successful mindset.

Tyler Deveraux is the managing partner of MF Capital Partners, a privately held, multifamily investment company, and has been investing in real estate for over 14 years.
At the age of 21, he acquired his first student rental property, quickly understood the potential of the industry, and never looked back.
Today, Tyler controls over 3,000+ apartment units, throughout 5 different states, with values north of $350+ Million.
Tyler is also the co-founder of The Multifamily Mindset, an education company that has trained 1,000’s of new and seasoned investors to acquire multi-family properties, maintain a positive growth mindset, and live a rich, full life. Teaching, inspiring, and helping others is Tyler’s true passion.

The benefits of multifamily were realized at a young age for Ryan as he watched his grandfather acquire apartments throughout Sacramento. His biggest takeaway was the quality of life those assets provided and the legacy his grandpa was able to leave behind because of them. Ryan took that vision, acquired a degree in accounting from Utah Valley University, and has used that knowledge to start and maintain a successful real estate business. What began with a focus on single-family flips has now evolved into a portfolio of multi-family assets spanning over 4 different states. Over the past 20 years, Ryan has become a proficient underwriter which has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns. Ryan now lives in Orlando, FL as a single dad of two boys, creating a legacy of his own, and helping others do the same.
